I wanted to thank the store manager for rectifying the concerns we had during our first visit a month ago - we were very pleased with the improved customer service, the vast product selection that was in stock, and the cafe drinks. Super fun activity to do! The place is very well organized and straight forward, and the staff is very nice and helpful. The price on the pottery piece included everything from the glaze paints to the firing service, so it feels very reasonably priced. The bubble tea was also delicious!
My husband and I had a date night here, and it was a really nice, relaxing experience. Olivia was very friendly and helped us the whole way through, she answered all our questions and got us setup. The selection of items is quite good, we had no trouble each finding something interesting to paint. They have a good setup for painting - easy and efficient with a wide variety of colors to choose from. Olivia explained some different techniques and tips to make our designs more interesting and unique. And bonus - she even let us try her new lavender latte - delicious! Came here just for a cup of tea and to work on some business on my computer. Natalina helped me and was absolutely fantastic. Good environment, not too loud and good music. Even if you're not painting pottery it's a nice cozy spot to stop in and have a beverage while you lounge.
Art Haven is such a wonderful business. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the atmosphere is peaceful and fun, the drinks are really good, and they have a great variety of items to paint. I have gone here several times and always leave happier. They also sell jewellery from local artists which is really cool! I would highly recommend going here.
